The Website In Action
Results & Reflection
The redesign produced a more approachable and informative website, giving visitors easy access to pricing, attractions, menus, gift cards, and events. Previously unavailable information, like the full menu and event listings, is now clearly displayed and easily updated. This project taught me how to create a cohesive website that balances new and existing content. I gained hands-on experience in copywriting, selecting and editing images, and designing layouts that guide visitors naturally through the site. While there was still much to learn about website design, this project provided a strong foundation and an introduction to building functional, visually appealing websites for small businesses. It also reinforced the importance of balancing digital innovation with operational realities for small businesses.
