Fall Harvest Campaign Concept shows a warm-toned design featuring the Colombian roast with its signature red packaging. This concept was developed to evoke the coziness of fall while spotlighting one of the brand’s core blends, tying seasonal atmosphere to product identity.

Fall Cooling Campaign Concept shows a fresh, clean layout highlighting the Breakfast Blend with its signature blue packaging. The use of whites and tans conveys a light, inviting tone to match the idea of a morning ritual and start-of-day energy.

Fall Schedules Campaign Concept shows a busy morning scene featuring notebooks, travel cups, keys, and backpacks. The Guatemalan Dark Roast, with its bold black packaging and red logo, anchors the composition, reinforcing the idea of fueling hectic days with strong coffee.

The Coffee of the Month for January, featuring Snickerdoodle Coffee. Designed using J.B. Marshall’s brand colors, the layout pairs the coffee bag with snickerdoodle cookies and a warm label reading ‘A Cozy Cinnamon Classic.’ The design choice emphasizes comfort and seasonality while reinforcing brand consistency. Regular monthly posts like this are important to maintain engagement, keep the product line fresh in customers’ minds, and drive recurring sales.

Customer Testimonials social media post designed in J.B. Marshall’s core brand palette of black, white, and accent tones to align with the website aesthetic. This post highlights three authentic customer reviews while ending with a clear call-to-action inviting new testimonials. Strategically, testimonial posts build trust, reinforce customer loyalty, and improve retention by showing real satisfaction, while also encouraging continued community engagement.

Local Coffee for Local Life Campaign. This design introduces J.B. Marshall’s community-focused initiative with bold brand statements like ‘Bold Coffee Made with Care’ and ‘Delivered. Delicious. Done Right.’ The copy emphasizes the company’s four generations as a family-owned business, reinforcing authenticity and heritage. Strategically, this post not only strengthens brand identity but also highlights the values of quality, trust, and local pride—making it a cornerstone for community engagement and customer loyalty.

Results & Reflection

Through this project, I learned how to integrate website design, e-commerce strategy, social media, and community-focused photography into a cohesive brand experience. Planning and executing multiple campaigns simultaneously strengthened my skills in content creation, scheduling, and visual storytelling. I gained practical experience in aligning product presentation with brand identity while maintaining a consistent aesthetic across platforms. Capturing the “Local Love” photography series taught me how to create engaging visuals that connect products to a regional community and enhance brand recognition.

Our efforts successfully enhanced the J.B. Marshall online presence. The website redesign improved usability and clarity for customers, social media campaigns increased engagement and visibility, and the Local Love photography boosted community awareness and connection. Overall, the project demonstrated how thoughtful design and strategic content can drive audience engagement and strengthen brand identity.
